This tool plots upto 1000 terms of the sequence specified by a(n) = f(n) and its series.

How to use the tool

The use of this tool is quite similar to the Function Analysis Tool. The formula for the sequence is keyed in using 'n' as the variable name. Key in the function a(n) in the cell B4. respectively. The equal to sign must be used so that the cell displays the value corresponding to n=1. Choose the number of terms to be plotted from the drop down box.

For example, to plot the 10 terms geometric sequence (1/2)^n, the entries and plot would be as shown in the figure below.
